| A quick glimpse at our legal feats over the last few months ICC VS Zee Turner Limited The Hon'ble TDSAT vide it's order/judgment dt. 16.12.2009 dismissed the petition and directed ICC to pay ZTL with an increase of 30% from the last month subscription fee w.e.f 24.03.2009. Further Hon'ble TDSAT also directed ICC to clear all the dues within 30 days failing which ZTL shall be free to disconnect its signal on ICC's network. Vardan Vision VS Zee Turner Vardan Vision had filed the petition challenging the public notice dated 07.02.2008 issued by ZTL on account of non signing of the agreement and non payment of outstanding amount. Pursuant to the order dt.27.07.2009 of the Hon'ble TDSAT wherein Vardan Vision was directed to pay ZTL on 2200 subscribers as was being paid by Vardan to Star, MOU and Subscription Agreement had been executed with Vardan with an increase of 900 % (Approx.) in subscriber.The case is dismissed as withdrawn. |
