| FROM THE CEO'S DESK Unchanging dreams in changing times… Our Vision, as I have reiterated a number of times, is to establish ourselves as nothing less than Numero Uno. In good times or bad times, the vision stays tall. In this challenging economic period today, if there is one thing that I am reminded off is a quote that says ‘The sign on the door of opportunity reads PUSH’. I feel this is the opportunity to display our tenacious strength. The time has come to stretch the envelope and increase productivity. The time has come for performance to be measured. I am happy to report that, consistent with our Vision, we have made significant progress towards achieving goals. Through a process of reorganization, a renewed focus on customer relations, and simplification of operational processes, we have made notable breakthroughs in a number of areas.
