New CEO appointed for Zee Turner
June 3, 2008, New Delhi: Zee Turner, the largest distribution house has appointed Mr. Dinesh Jain as the Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO of the company, Dinesh will play a pivotal role in giving a strategic direction to company's business and lead the team in realizing the overall vision of the group.On the appointment of the CEO, Mr. Pradeep Guha, Chairman Zee Turner said, "We are excited to welcome Dinesh Jain to take up the new position in the company. Dinesh is an outstanding leader who comes with a combination of deep strategic sense and commitment to his people."
Dinesh Jain had joined Zee Turner as the National Sales Head in July, 2007 from ABP. Over the last 21 years of experience, he has served several sales and marketing positions in a range of categories from media to FMCG and Lifestyle. In addition to ABP, his prior experience includes serving for Unilever and Remy Cointreau.
A post graduate in International business from Indian Institute of Foreign trade and GAMP from ISB & Kellogg School of Management, he is an avid reader of non fiction who loves to travel and explore the mysteries of the cultures.
The 'National Sales Head' position for Zee Turner is now filled by Mr. Himmat Sandhu who has been associated with the Zee group for the last 8 years and was earlier responsible for the 'Northern Zone'.
